Why grow differently?
Three challenges. Three responses to put into practice at the Nid.
−70 %less rainfall in France in July 2026 compared with the average.
Source: Météo-FranceWe use a market gardening technique that greatly reduces water needs.
≈ 25 %of children aged 3–17 in France exceed the tolerable daily intake of cadmium.
Using plants and animals intelligently to nourish the soil.
−32,5 %decline in farmland specialist birds in France between 2001 and 2024.
Diverse crops and a pond to welcome more biodiversity.
Take action
Amounts are cumulative. Each milestone reached lets us launch the next stage and show you the results.
The first productive gardens take root: soil prepared, crops started, first cycle of light processing.
Building the henhouse and paddocks, setting up rotational grazing, and the hens.
The processing workshop makes it possible to produce the jars, the infusions, and the sweet and savoury products.
Measurements, documentation and sharing: the Nid also becomes media for regenerative life.
Perennials, layers and a biodiversity pond complete the system toward more resilience.

Our model

Endora and Yoann
Five years ago, we met in an educational garden: the first piece of the project. We then discovered small diversified farms. Some regenerated their soils but could not provide a living; others survived financially at an unsustainable pace of work.
Nid Sauvage brings the pieces together in a single system.
As a child, my father passed on his love of cooking and gardening; at the time, I never imagined they would become my work.
After my baccalaureate and various experiences, I wanted to protect animals and the environment, so I did an agricultural BTS: nature management and protection. Alongside my studies I was hired in an organic bakery, which confirmed my passion for culinary processing.
When I finished my studies, I went WWOOFing on mixed farms and discovered what fulfilled me completely: this mix of working the land, cooking, and being in contact with animals and nature.
Last year, I coordinated a project to install composters for a community of municipalities. I enjoyed the experience, but today I feel the need to feel more like an actor of change. And that is what gave me the desire to build my own project.
Permaculture designer and entrepreneur, I first started my career in software. That world taught me business, management and teamwork. But something was always missing.
When I first joined an association that wanted to build a place for exchange and gardening in the city, I signed on immediately and put five years of energy into that project. It is through this kind of experience that I cut my teeth as a permaculture designer.
It took me eleven years to feel mature enough to launch this project. And today, it is with great joy that I am building it with Endora.
Individual agricultural business. Endora will run the farm business as its head. Her partner Yoann will be registered as a collaborating spouse (conjoint collaborateur).
